		<description>My tweaks this week and last week were to take every opportunity for extra activity. Always taking the stairs at work. Always walking to lunch. Once I got into the habit of doing these things, it just became routine.

Great post, and it's so true about the small things.  Like taking the stairs to my flat.  And as you say, once you develop the habit, it's easy.</description>
