		<description>Another vote here for Carlson Labs. The bottle isn't very pretty and you can't find it in Target but they seem to make some really good products.</description>

		<description>I've never tried flax oil, but I definitely use ground flax seeds in smoothies and baking. Tends to give a slightly nutty flavor. If you haven't tried ground flax, you might want to look into it. Very easy to incorporate it into your diet... and sounds like it might be a lot tastier than the oil. The book Becoming Vegan by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina has a lot of very good information on Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats.</description>
