		<description>Yeah Lost is getting better and better as each week goes by. My prediction is that Walt is actually on the island (maybe that is obvious) and that they'll weave some story about the time warp thing making him older looking...

I'm going to give that recipe a try. I am going to try to be more aggressive and substitute the cocoa/sugar for slimfast mix and protein powder. My dream cookie/bar would have &lt;100 calories and &gt;10g protein and still be edible.

		<description>Josh, I would try adding the protein powder after you remove the mixture from the heat. I don't think it was the Smart balance that caused the clumping. I use Earth Balance for cooking all the time, and have never had a problem. As long as you stir it while melting, you should be fine.

calls for even less PB and butter, but might be even more chocolate-y. You might be able to sub some protein powder for some of the cocoa.
